As a bonus, our customers are initiated into what we call the Designers Guild when they purchase an Orenda game table. The Designers Guild gives customers the platform to present ideas or a concept to Orenda Game Tables that they would like to see available.

If we think the idea is something that we can work with, we will design and build the request  (with the customers assistance of course). The prototypes are provided to the customer for testing and evaluation of design. Once complete our customers get to keep the prototypes for free. If they require more than the free prototype(s) for their table, additional pieces may be ordered at a discount. 

Conditions:

• The Idea cannot be suggested by another customer. All existing Designer Guild concepts are posted on our website.
• Orenda Game Tables reserves the right to decide if the concept is viable and can reject any designs that do not meet specific standards.
• There is no monetary value to the concept, design or product other than the free demo model(s) and bragging rights.
• Must own or purchase an Orenda game table.
• Design modifications must be significant in improvement to warrant a new prototype design.
• Designers Guild applies to accessories or table options only. Tables are exempt from the designer’s guild.
• Any designs made through the Designers Guild do not apply to the standard 4-6 week manufacturing time. Depending on the complexity and materials a prototype could take additional time.
• Additional pieces of the accessory can be purchased during the final phase of the design stage for a discount.
